E-STORE USER AGREEMENT
CALROB IT OÜ, Viimsi vald, Randvere village, Kraavihalli tee 24, registry code 16728092 (hereinafter the Service Provider) and the customer who completes the konturipunkt.ee order in the e-shop and identifies himself by entering his personal data in the order (hereinafter the Service user), concluded this E-shop Usage Agreement (hereinafter the Usage Agreement).
- E-SHOP
1.2 kokuttoripunkt.ee is a registered trademark belonging to the Service provider.
- GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1. The parties to the contract are guided by the Law of Obligations Act and other laws and other legal acts of the Republic of Estonia, as well as what is agreed in the E-shop Usage Agreement.
2.2. The service provider has the right to make changes to the offered E-shop service at any time.
2.3. The service provider has the right to unilaterally change the terms of the user agreement without being obliged to notify the Service user in writing by e-mail.
- PRODUCTS AND PURCHASE
3.2 If the product is out of stock and the order cannot be fulfilled, the e-shop employee will contact the user and suggest a possible new one. delivery time or replacing the product with an equivalent product of the same price and quality or refunding the money paid. The money will be returned to the service user immediately, but no later than within 30 days after placing the order.
3.3 The displayed product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the actual product. The product descriptions in the e-shop may not be exhaustive and may contain unintentional errors.
3.4 The products offered in the e-shop are sold to both natural persons and legal entities.
3.5 The service user confirms that he is at least 15 years old.
3.6 The user of the service selects the desired products and undertakes to enter the data required to complete the order (surname, first name, contact telephone number, contact e-mail address, delivery address, zip code) and pays for the products via the internet bank bank link, prepayment on the basis of an invoice or fulfills a request for installment payment.
3.7 The user of the service undertakes to provide true data, which is necessary to fulfill the order, when completing the order. The Service Provider is not responsible for the non-fulfillment of the order due to incorrect data provided by the Service User or for any resulting consequences.
3.8 The sale takes place when the Service User has sent the order via the E-shop website and has paid for the order.
- PRICES
4.1. All prices in the E-shop are in euros and include VAT.
4.2. The service provider has the right to change the prices displayed in the e-shop at any time. If prices have been changed in the e-store after the Service user has placed an order and paid for it, the Service provider undertakes to deliver the corresponding products to the user at the prices valid at the time of the order. The service user does not have the right to demand compensation for the price difference.
- DELAY TIME AND DELIVERY TERMS
5.1 The goods are delivered to the service user within the Republic of Estonia by courier.< /p>
5.2 If the Service user has chosen a courier as the method of delivery, the goods will be delivered by courier within 2-10 working days. All shipments are insured until the moment of handover to the customer.
5.3 Handover of the ordered goods takes place only upon presentation of an identity document to the user of the Service specified in the order. The transfer of goods to third parties takes place only by agreement with the Service user.
- WITHDRAWAL FROM THE AGREEMENT
6.1 If the Service user wishes, after placing the order and before the contract provider party to withdraw from the contract, the Service user undertakes to notify the Service provider in writing as soon as possible. The written notice must be sent by e-mail to the address info@avruttipunkt.ee. The e-mail must include the number of the order from which you wish to withdraw and add the contact details of the Service user (first name, last name, date of placing the order, contact phone number).
6.2 If the withdrawal request reaches the Service Provider after the Service Provider has executed the contract, then withdrawal from the contract in accordance with the "Right of return" chapter of the E-shop User Agreement.
6.3 The service provider will refund the amount paid to the Service user without delay, but no later than within 30 days from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract.
6.4 The money is transferred to the same current account from which it was received to the Service provider.
