14-DAY RIGHT OF RETURN

RETURN OF GOODS

1.1 If the purchased item does not fit for any reason, the buyer has the right to terminate the purchase-sale agreement within 14 calendar days , from receipt of the goods (VÕS §56 points 1 and 2).

1.2 The returned goods must not be used and must be in the original packaging: if it turns out that the goods have been used, CALROB IT OÜ is guided by the principle of reasonable use - if it was necessary to try the product to make sure it was not suitable, the product is considered unused; the buyer must open the original packaging of the goods carefully, without damaging it. If the package is unopened, the returned item does not have to be in the original package; the goods must have all factory stickers, including the serial number.

1.3 The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the following goods: goods that have been made with the buyer's personal needs or special conditions in mind; audio, video recordings and software if the user has opened the package or the software activation code has been sent by the supplier; newspapers, magazines and other periodicals.

1.4 In the event that the buyer wishes to terminate the purchase-sale agreement, he must notify the e-shop CALROB IT OÜ at info@arvutipunkt. ee, adding a photo of the product and packaging to the letter. CALROB IT OÜ reserves the right, if necessary, to request additional photos of the returned goods.

1.5  The buyer agrees to bear the postage costs incurred when returning the goods in the amount of up to 10 EUR, unless the returned goods do not correspond to the ordered ones.

1.6 Upon termination of the contract, the purchased goods must be returned immediately (no later than within 30 calendar days).

1.7 The buyer accepts the possibility that CALROB IT OÜ will refuse to serve him in the future if this clause is abused.

1.8 In the event , if the buyer exercises his right to terminate the purchase-sale agreement, point 2 of these terms and conditions will come into force after the return of the goods.

RETURN OF PAYMENT MEANS

CALROB IT OÜ offers the buyer the following options for using payment means:

exchange with another desired item with recalculation of the order price;

repayment of the amount paid for the order to the customer's current account. Refunds are made only by bank transfer and only to the account from which the order was paid. The refund will be made no later than within 30 calendar days after receiving the client's application;

To refuse the contract, it is necessary to send an e-mail to the address info@avruttipunkt.ee with the following content:

– product receipt date
